Shapes is an amazing place for ladies to go and train and feel confident in themselves. No one is there to judge you. We are all ages, shapes and sizes. Emma's help and guidance is second to none and I love the fact she is always on courses all over the Country learning new things about the fitness industry and passing this on to us that use the gym. Like others have said I love the fact it's a very friendly place to be and I look forward to walking in the door. Emma's seminar taught me a lot about food, stress management and daily lifestyles that can get in your way with loosing weight. I recommend everyone to go along and see for themselves how amazing it really is.

I started at Shapes Gym over a year ago and I feel like a completely different person now. I started in the ME classes after struggling with my weight for a very long time. After my first month with Emma I managed to lose 9lbs and 9 inches, it's given me the confidence and energy that I lost with my struggle to lose weight. Emma is amazing, caring and helpful and everyone at Shapes is always really friendly. I never used to enjoy exercise but since being a part of Shapes I've enjoyed every minute of it.
